The renowned farm-to-fork eatery, Crofter’s Kitchen, located in Scourie on the NC500, has been named a Scottish Edge Regional Edge Winner, receiving a significant funding boost to support its expansion plans. Announced on Thursday, 6th March, the award will help bring Crofter’s Kitchen’s innovative shipping container restaurant to life, pending planning approval this summer.
