On Thursday 10 April, 2025, a groundbreaking new report was launched, providing insight into the state of extra-curricular and enrichment activities for young people in Furness. The independent report, titled “Strategic Approaches to the Delivery of Extra-Curricular & Enrichment Activities in Furness,” was commissioned by Cumbria Community Foundation, BAE Systems, and Cumbria Chamber of Commerce.
