SOS Africa Plans 160ft Charity Abseil Fundraiser at Stourhead’s King Alfred’s Tower Shepton Mallet based charity, SOS Africa, has announced plans to host a charity abseil event at the iconic King Alfred’s Tower in Stourhead. The event, which will take place over two weekends on September 27th/28th and October 4th/5th, 2025, is expected to be the charity’s highest fundraising event yet.
