Mark Allen Group Completes Acquisition of EG Media Assets from LexisNexis Risk Solutions London, Friday 31 January, 2025 – The Mark Allen Group is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of certain media assets of EG from LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a division of RELX Group. The first issue of the 166-year-old title, under the new ownership, will be published on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
