Welsh Government Proposes Ban on Drink Refills in Efforts to Promote Healthier Choices The Welsh government is currently seeking consultation on plans to ban drink refills in an effort to promote healthier food and drink choices. The proposed regulations would prohibit retailers from offering free refills or top-ups of sugary drinks, as well as multi-buy offers like buy-one-get-one-free deals.
